Our apartment is located on the world famous La Croisette (n°65), 5th floor, in the Palais Miramar art deco building.

Palais Miramar is in the very center of La Croisette, at a one minute walk from the hotels Carlton and Martinez -2 minutes. Festival Hall is a 5/10 minutes walk.

Palais Miramar is beach front. In the past, it was a palace hotel, it has been sold in apartments after WW II. The co-ownership has kept a front desk open 24/7 with a concierge, allowing access to keys at all times. It has two elevators and provides full security (cameras).

If you are coming to Cannes for a vacation or attending any of the international exhibitions (IFF, MIPCOM, TAX FREE, GARTNER, MAPIC, MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, MILIA, LIONS...), its very central location will allow reaching all the attractive places to be within a few minutes.

The apartment has a 35 Sq M surface and provides full accommodations for four people. For business trip, we recommend it for 2 or 3 people. The environment is calm, the atmosphere in the apartment is really cool. The apartment was not decorated in the Provençal kitsch style, but we chose Italian designers from Milan and they was make is very romantic flat.

No smoking and low allergen area.
